摘要
为了探讨乌梅等8种中草药对猪大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用,采用打孔法和试管二倍稀释法,选用乌梅、五倍子、五味子、秦皮、连翘、夏枯草、大黄、苍术等8种中草药水提物对猪大肠杆菌进行体外抑菌试验,测定抑菌圈的大小和最小抑菌浓度。结果表明:乌梅、五倍子、五味子对猪大肠杆菌呈高度敏感,秦皮、连翘、夏枯草呈中度敏感,大黄、苍术抑菌作用不明显。其中乌梅、五倍子、五味子水提物对猪大肠杆菌的抑菌效果较好,最小抑菌浓度为62.5 mg/mL,秦皮、夏枯草、连翘水提物对猪大肠杆菌的抑菌效果次之,为500 mg/mL。
Inhibitory effect of 8 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine was explored for swine E. coli in vitro by using the punching method and tube 2-fold dilution method. Ebony, Galla Chinensis, Fructus Schisandrae, Fraxini, Forsythia suspensa, Prunella, Rhubarb, Rhizoma Atractylodis were selected and did bacteriostatic test in vitro for swine E. coli. The size of the zone of inhibition and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) was determined. The results show that: Ebony, Galla Chinensis, Fructus Schisandrae was highly sensitive for swine E. coli. Fraxini, Forsythia suspensa, Prunella was moderately sensitive, Rhubarb, Rhizoma Atractylodis inhibitory effect was not obvious. The minimum inhibitory concentration of Ebony, Galla Chinensis, Fructus Schisandrae were 62.5 mg/mL and Fraxini, Forsythia suspensa, Prunella were 500 mg/mL.
