黄芪多糖对草鱼的安全性研究

Effect of astragalus polysaccharides on safety of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus)

设空白对照组、推荐剂量组(每千克鱼体重每天添加10 mg)、3倍推荐剂量组、5倍推荐剂量组,空白组投喂正常日粮,试验组按剂量添加黄芪多糖,连续投喂21 d,发现喂养期间各组草鱼无异常现象,3个试验组草鱼的健康状况良好;分别在第0、8、15、22 d抽样采取试验草鱼全血及血清进行临床病理学检测,发现投喂各剂量黄芪多糖的试验组草鱼的血常规指标和血液生化指标与对照组无显著性差异;试验结束时测定草鱼的体重,试验组生长速率高于对照组,其中推荐剂量组和5倍推荐剂量组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);对3个试验组及空白对照组的肝、肾、脾进行组织组织切片,未观察到试验组草鱼与对照组草鱼的细胞和组织结构上的异常。表明在生产应用上,以推荐剂量投喂养殖水产动物是安全可靠的,达到5倍推荐剂量时也没有安全性问题,黄芪多糖可以作为一种安全的免疫增强剂应用于水产养殖业。

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of astragalus polysaccharides （APS） on safety of grass carp （Ctenopharyngodon idellus）. 360 healthy grass carps with about 100 g on average were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate. Group I, as the control group, was fed with the basal diet, while Group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ, as trial groups, were fed with the diet added with 10, 30, 50 mg APS per kilogram body weight everyday respectively. The experiment lasted for 22 days. During the experiment, animal behavior was recorded everyday, blood routine and serum biochemical levels were determined on Day 0, 8, 15 and 22, and the net gain was calculated on D22. The results showed as follows： all grass carp of 4 groups were healthy in the experiment; compared with Group I , the blood routine and serum biochemical levels of grass carp in trial groups were not different significantly, the net gain increased a lot, and even Group Ⅱ and IV differed obviously from Group I （P〈0.05）; histopathology findings showed that there were no clear evidence proving the pathological changes on cell and organism. It suggested that the recommended daily allowance was safe over Long-term Feeding.
