摘要
从葫芦科基因组数据库下载513 801条黄瓜EST,经EST-trimmer软件和CD-HIT程序预处理,共获得381 022条非冗余EST。利用Perl程序MISA搜索到SSR位点15 665个,检出率为4.11%。单、二和三核苷酸重复为主导类型,占EST-SSR总数的95.98%。A/T、AG/CT和AAG/CTT作为单、二和三核苷酸的优势重复基元,分别占EST-SSR总数的21.43%、15.68%和19.27%。
In this study, a total of 513 801 cucumber ESTs were downloaded from the Cucurbitaceae genome database. After pre- processing, 381 022 non-redundant ESTs were obtained by using software EST-trimmer and CD-HIT program. Using Perl program MISA, 15 665 SSR loci were found, the frequency of the EST-SSRs was 4.11%. The mononucleotide, dinucleotide and trinucleotide repeats were the major types, totally accounting for 95.98%. A/T,AG/CT and AAG/CTT were the preponderant motifs, accounting for 21.43%, 15.68% and 19.27% in mononucleotide, dinucleotide and trinucleotide repeats, respectively.
