摘要
目的探讨在卵巢癌发生发展中 ,Fas蛋白在肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸中的作用。方法选用卵巢良性、交界性腺瘤及腺癌组织各 5例 ,免疫组化SP法染色 ,设阳性对照及空白对照。每例作阳性细胞计数。结果 5例腺瘤和 5例交界性腺瘤均有Fas阳性表达 ,5例腺癌仅有 1例有阳性表达 ,余 4例Fas表达阴性。Fas蛋白表达计数分析 ,卵巢腺瘤与卵巢交界性腺瘤比较 ,P >0 0 5。卵巢腺癌与卵巢腺瘤 ,卵巢交界性腺瘤比较 ,P <0 0 5。结论Fas的表达与肿瘤细胞的凋亡及肿瘤发生发展有关 ,即Fas蛋白在肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸中起着十分重要作用。
Objective To study the effect of Fas protein on the immune escaping of the tumor cells in ovarian tumors. Methods Fas protein expression in paraffin embedded tissues from 5 patients with ovarian benige tumor, bordering tumor and cancer was measured by S-P immunohistochemical method respectively. The positive cells were counted by microscope. [WT5”HZ]Results The positive expression of Fas protein was found in 5 cases ovarian benign, 5 bordering tumor and in 1 case ovarian cancer respectively. The positive cell counts in ovarian cancer were higher than other two groups ( P <0.05). But the counts between ovarian benign and bordering tumor was not statistical significant ( P >0.05). Conclusion Fas protein expression was relationship with apoptosis of the tumor cells and tumorigenesis in ovarian tumors. It play a very important role in immune escaping of the tumor cell. [WT5”HZ]
