摘要
实现京津冀区域经济一体化,必须加强区域内人力资源的交流合作,河北省富余农村劳动力数量众多,可充分利用京津冀区域经济和人力资源合作发展的契机,加快向京津地区转移就业。以京津冀人力资源合作开发为切入点,从农村劳动力转移的角度对京津冀人力资源一体化进行探讨,分析了京津冀农村劳动力转移的现实依据,指出河北省在经济发展现状、人力资本水平、工资水平等方面与京津地区的差异,是影响农村劳动力转移的因素,提出加快河北省农村劳动力转移就业的对策建议。
Realization the regional economic integration, we must strengthen the regional human resource exchanges and cooperation. The large number of surplus rural labor in Hebei can make full use of the development opportunity on cooperation between regional economic and human resources, accelerating the transfer employment to the Beijing-Tianjin region. This paper takes the human resource cooperation and development as breakthrough point. From the transfer of rural surplus labor perspective on human resources integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, this paper analyzes the realistic basis of rural labor transfer of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and then puts forward the Influence factors of rural labor transfer are the difference of economic development, the level of human capital and the level of wage between Hebei province and Beijing-Tianjin region. Finally,it proposes the countermeasures that how to accelerate the transfer of rural labor employment in Hebei province.
