"代耕农"是农业流动人口中的特殊弱势群体,对珠三角经济与社会发展有特殊的历史贡献。在流动过程中,引发系列农村社会问题,与流入地政府及农民间的矛盾日益突出,土地纠纷、合同纠纷、拆迁纠纷、入户、子女入学等问题,已经成为关系"代耕农"流入地农村社会稳定的问题,"代耕农"问题也成为乡村治理的重点和难点。将"代耕农"群体与农村社会稳定问题相联系,分析"代耕农"衍生的系列社会问题与隐患,从政策层面与管理制度上寻求解决问题的良方。

＂Daigeng Farmer＂ is a special group of agricultural floating population in Pearl River region, who has special contribution to the development of local economics and society.
