摘要
利用拌料机处理草菇栽培原料,与常规人工拌料方法作对照栽培草菇,结果表明,机械拌料的用水量比人工拌料减少60%以上,废水排放量减少95%以上,石灰用量上可节约40%以上。由于机械拌料改变了废棉渣原有的物理性状,使得培养料较人工拌料紧实,透气性变差,导致影响草菇生长,产量显著少于对照。但机械拌料是减少劳动成本、提高生产效率、标准化生产的必然方向,有必要进行深入的研究,以提高机械拌料栽培草菇的产量。
In this study, mechanical and traditional artificial processing of straw mushroom material treating was conduct. The result showed that compare to the artificial processing of material treating, the mechanical treating was less used more than 60% of using water, reduced 95% of wasted water as well as save 40% of lime. However the yield of mechanical treating was significantly lower than the arlifieial processing due to the breaking fiber structure and the weaken permeability. Anyway mechanical treating was the trend of reducing labor costs and enhancing the production efficiency as well as standardized produetion in the future. It has to get further study on how to improve the yield.
