摘要
对采自广东龙川严重感染稻瘟病的常规稻品种粤晶丝苗2号穗瘟标样进行单孢分离,获得来源于不同穗瘟标样的5个分离物,并利用7个中国稻瘟病菌小种鉴别品种和11个单基因系对分离物进行鉴定。结果表明:5个单孢分离菌株均属于ZB13小种,可侵染含Pi50等不同抗性基因的6个单基因系。选取YJ1、YJ2、YJ5等3个菌株对广东省部分品种(组合)进行致病性测定,在测定的55个品种(组合)中,分离菌株均可侵染广东骨干抗源品种28占所含的3个抗病基因Pi50、Pita2、Pish,同时可侵染广东省部分主栽品种,如粤晶丝苗2号、黄华占、美香占、玉香油占、黄广油占、丰华占、丰丝占等37个品种(组合),但天优998、巴太香占、胜巴丝苗等18个品种(组合)对测试病菌表现抗性反应。
5 blast isolates were obtained from a conventional rice Yuejingsimiao 2 using the monospore separation method. Race identification of these isolates was conducted based on 7 Chinese blast differentials and 11 blast monogenic lines. The result indicated that all the isolates were belonging to the race of ZBI3, which could infect 6 monogenic lines with P/50 and other different resistance genes. Three isolates of Y J1, YJ2 and YJ5 were used for the pathogenicity testing. Among the 55 tested rice varieties and combinations, 37 of these lines appeared susceptible to the tested isolates, among which including the varieties from 28Zhan with the resistance genes P/50, Pita2 and Pish, one of the most important blast resistant resources in Guangdong. As well as some conventional cultivars in Guangdong such as Yuejingsimiao 2, Huanghuazhan, Meixiangzhan and so on. Whereas, 18 rice varieties and combinations were resistant to the tested pathogen, which ineluding TianYou 998, Bataixiangzhan, Shengbasimiao and so on.
