摘要
以24 h疏毛率、发育经过、眠蚕体重、生命率、饲料效率、茧质、产卵成绩等为指标,采取1~2龄颗粒人工饲料饲育、3~5龄桑叶饲育的饲养方式,调查了"9.芙"和"7.湘"对颗粒人工饲料饲育的适应性。结果表明,在1~2龄人工饲料、3~5龄桑叶饲育形式下,"9.芙"和"7.湘"的生命率、茧质、产卵成绩等多项指标与全龄桑叶育相比没有显著差异,24 h疏毛率、192 h存活率、1~4龄眠蚕体重低于照全龄桑叶育,但饲料报酬率、茧层饲料效率及上茧率优于全龄桑叶育。
In this experiment, with rate of setae dispersion of 24 h, development duration, molting larva's body weight, vital rate, feed efficiency, cocoon quality, laying achievement as the indices, we investigated the adaptability of "9 .Fu"and "7-Xiang" by artificial diet in 1-2 instars and mulberry in 3-5 instars. The results showed that there were no significant difference on indices including the vital rate, cocoon quality, laying achievement of the two silkworm varieties between the two different diets. Besides, compared with treatment CK, several indicators were lower, including the rate of setae dispersion of 24 h, survival rate of 192 h and the body weight of 1-4 molting larva, but the feed conversion, the feed efficiency of cocoon shell and the rate of good cocoon of them were achieved higher levels.
