System of Agro-technical popularization is an important bridge to transfer agricultural science and technology into practical production forces, and an important media for carrying out of strategy of developing agriculture by relying on science and edueation. In this paper ,we analyzes the present situation and problems exised in Guangdong agricultural technology extension system construction, put forward the direction for the future extension system construction of Guangdong Province, and finally we put forward countermeasure and the suggestion corresponding.
