广东省农村食品安全科普教育现状调查与思考

Research on current situation of food safety science popularization education in Guangdong rural area

食品安全科普教育是广东农村科普教育工作的重要内容,是建设社会主义新农村的需要。通过问卷调查和实地走访的形式对广东省12个市的36个农村集镇食品安全科普现状进行了调研,发现当前广东省农村存在居民食品安全意识比较淡薄,维权意识较差,获取食品安全知识的渠道缺乏,当地政府部门对食品安全的科普教育工作还不够重视,相关工作机制不完善,以及科普教育力度不够等问题。并提出相应的对策建议。

Food safety science popularization education is an important content in Guangdong rural science popularization education as well as the necessity of building a new socialist countryside. Through approaches of questionnaire survey and field visits, the author had a survey on the current situation of food safety in 36 countries or towns of 12 cities in Guangdong province. This paper put forward several findings, for instance, Guangdong rural people were generally lack of food safety and maintenance rights consciousness, of enough ways to know more about food safety, and the local government didn＇t not pay enough attention to the popularization education, and we could not refer to relative law or regulation, lastly, food safety science popularization education was paid insufficient attention. Therefore, many countermeasures and suggestions were made in this paper.
