基于SPC的树脂磨具加工过程质量控制研究

摘要 针对我国大多数树脂磨具生产企业存在的问题,提出将统计工序控制(SPC)方法应用到树脂磨具的质量控制领域,研究基于SPC的树脂磨具加工过程质量控制方法。分析了SPC的实施流程,将粒度、均匀度、废品数和外形尺寸作为控制对象,分别从质量信息采集、数据处理、数据分析和工序能力分析四个方面论述了SPC的原理与操作方法。结果表明:将SPC方法应用到树脂磨具加工过程的质量控制,能够有效的减少废品率,节约成本,提高产品质量和市场竞争力。 The quality control during manufacturing process of resin-bonded abrasive tools based on statistical process control(SPC) was researched. Taking the grain size, evenness, rejects number and shape dimension as control objects, the principle and operating method of SPC were discussed from four aspects:quality information collection, data processing, data analysis and process capability analysis. The results show that applying SPC to the quality control of manufacturing process of resin-bonded abrasive tools can effectively reduce reject rate, save cost, improve product quality and enhance market competitiveness.
