摘要 波纹腹板H型钢是一种新型高效型材,相对于平腹板H型钢,同等强度下波纹腹板可以做的更薄,节省约15-20%的钢用量,具有良好的经济效益。ABB波纹腹板H型钢机器人焊接系统自从2000年成功安装第一套以来,在世界范围内已经得到了广泛应用。近年随着国内波纹腹板H型钢技术和法规的推进,机器人焊接系统应用其生产也显得日益迫切。 The corrugated web H-shaped steel is a new type of higher-efficient steel structure. Compared with the flat web H-shaped steel, the web beams can be produced thinner, saving about 15% -20% of the materials, showing a significant economic benefits . The ABB robot welding systems of the corrugated web H-shaped steel have been widely used in the world since the first system was successfully installed in 2000. With the development of the technology and regulation about the corrugated web H-shaped steel in recent years , The robot welding systems applying for the production is becoming more urgent.
