关于MBA课程教育改革的思考

Thoughts on MBA Course Education Reform

在金融危机影响下,传统MBA课程教育面临竞争加剧、学员需求变化及学员道德规范教育缺失等诸多问题。商学院必须改革MBA教育课程及其教学方法,注重培养学生领导力和实现自我价值的能力,同时要增加道德观教育课程。

Under the influence of the financial crisis,the traditional MBA teaching faces many problems such as intensifying competition,students＇ need change and moral education defect and so on.Business school must reform the MBA course and its teaching method,pay attention to training students＇ ability of leadership and self value realization.Meanwhile,business school must offer moral education course.
