摘要
目的建立用气相色谱法测定滴耳油中挥发类组分薄荷脑和龙脑的含量。方法色谱柱为玻璃填充柱,聚乙二醇-20M为固定相,涂布浓度为10%;柱温为140℃;检测器温度为180℃;氮气流速为50 mL/min;进样量为1μL。结果上述两种成分能完全分离且线性关系良好,薄荷脑、龙脑的加样回收率分别为99.16%和98.95%,RSD分别为0.95%和0.46%(n=6)。结论方法灵敏、准确,操作简便,可用于滴耳油中薄荷脑和龙脑的含量测定。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography(GC) method to determine the menthol and bornel contents in Dier Oil. Methods The chromatographic column was glass packed column with 10% PEG-20M as the solid phase. The coating concentration was 10%. The column temperature and the FID temperature were 140 ℃ and 180 ℃ respectively. The N2 speed was 50 mL/min. The inject volume was 1μL. Results The above 2 components were separated completely. The calibration curves showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery rates were 99. 16% for menthol and 98.95% for borneol, RSD=O. 95% and 0.46% (n=6) respectively. Conclusion The method is easy and simple to operate, sensitive and reproducible, which can be used for the content determination of menthol and bornel in Diet Oil.
