生精胶囊联合雄激素治疗特发性少弱精子症63例 被引量:4

Analysis of Curative Effect of Shengjing Capsule Combined with Androgen for Treating Idiopathic Oligo-Asthenospermia on 63 cases

摘要 目的分析生精胶囊联合雄激素治疗特发性少弱精子症的疗效。方法选择医院就诊的特发性少弱精子症患者126例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组患者口服小剂量雄激素治疗,观察组患者在雄激素治疗的基础上联合应用生精胶囊治疗,比较两组患者疗效。结果观察组患者痊愈21例(33.33%),有效35例(55.56%),无效7例(11.11%),对照组患者痊愈11例(17.46%),有效32例(50.79%),无效20例(31.75%)。观察组患者的疗效及精液参数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生精胶囊联合雄激素治疗特发性少弱精子症的疗效优于单用雄激素治疗,建议临床推广使用。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of idiopathic oligo-asthenospermia by Shengjing Capsule combined with androgen therapy. Methods 126 cases of idiopathic oligo- asthenospermia treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,63 cases in each group. The control group was orally treated by small dose of androgen,on this base the observation group was combined with Shengjing Capsule. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,21 cases(33.33% ) were cured,35 cases(55.56% ) were effective and 7 cases (11.11%) were ineffective. In the control group,ll cases(17.46% ) were cured,32 cases(50.79% ) were effective and 20 cases(31.75% ) were ineffective. The efficacy and the semen parameters in the observation group were superior to the control group with statistical difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Shengjing Capsule combined with androgen has better effect than the single use of androgen for treating idiopathic oligo- asthenospermia and may be recommended for the clinical promotion.
