摘要 核电凝汽器端管板孔的加工质量直接影响到胀焊管质量,核电凝汽器端管板孔数多、孔径小,每孔内加工七圈特殊三角槽,通过试验和研究分析确定了管孔高速、高质量数控加工孔和设计制造专用工装的工艺方法,实现了数控加工光孔和摇臂钻床切槽,为换热器管孔和切槽加工提供了可靠工艺方法。 The processing quality of the nuclear power condenser and tube plate holes can directly affect the quality of pipe expan- sion and welding. There are an enomlous number of holes with small aperture inside the tube plate of nuclear power condenser, each hole should be processed with seven circles of the special triangular groove inside. The process method of drilling holes by high- speed CNC and cutting slots by radial drilling machine have been determined by testing and analysis,and the special tooling has been designed and manufactured. This paper provides reliable process method of heat exchanger tube hole and grooving for company.
