摘要 文章采用碳当量法,HAZ最高硬度检测以及斜Y坡口、刚性拘束、插销试验方法,对转子用材料30Cr2Ni4MoV、20Cr2NiMo和Cr2Ni2MoV进行了焊接性研究。试验结果表明,三种材料在不预热或100℃预热温度以下均具有明显的冷裂倾向。预热到200℃以上时,可以有效避免冷裂纹的产生。三种材料在400℃~700℃温度区间再热裂纹敏感性不明显。 This article adopts test methods as carbon equivalent, HAZ maximum hardness check, slit type cracking tests, rigid re- straint cracking tests, implant cracking tests, and study on the weldability of 30Cr2Ni4MoV, 20Cr2NiMo and Cr2Ni2MoV materials used steam turbine rotor. The result indicates that there is clear cold crack tendency as no preheating or 100℃, and it can avoid cold crack above 200℃. The hot crack sensitivity of the three materials is not obviously as 400℃~700℃.
