摘要
当今形势下,质量就是市场,质量就是企业的生命,只有不断地提高产品的质量才能在激烈的竞争中生存下来。本着求新求变,以管理促质量的思路和创"四个一流"的目标,带动公司各部门和全员参与质量管理,于2010年10月份开始策划并实施了30%岗效工资用于质量考核,文章主要就公司如何实施30%岗效工资用于质量考核,及其对公司各方面的影响进行分析和探讨。
The quality is a market and the enterprise's life at current situation. An enterprise can be survived in drastic competition only through improving products" quality continuously. The corporation started planning and implementing a solution to use 30% job- benefit wage for quality assessment in order to drive each working unit and all staffin our corporation being involved in quality management on the basis of pursuing a new concept & change of management, as well as improving quality by the way of manage- ment and the target of creating 4 top-ranking level corporation. This paper mainly analyzes and probes how to implement 30% job- benefit wage in quality assessment in our corporation potential impacts on different aspects of our corporation.
