摘要
首次对加杨雄花序进行了系统研究 ,从其提取物的石油醚 (6 0～ 90℃ )部分、乙酸乙酯部分分离并鉴定了 15个化合物 ,本文报道 8个黄酮类成分 :乔松酮 (pinostrobin,1) ,高良姜素 - 3-甲氧基 (galangin- 3- m ethoxy,2 ) ,乔松素 (pinocermbin,3) ,白杨素 (chrysin,4) ,槲皮素 - 3,7-二甲氧基 (quercetin- 3,7- dimethoxy,5 ) ,鼠李素(rham netin,6 ) ,山柰酚 - 3-甲氧基 (kaempferol- 3- m ethoxy,7) ,芹菜素 (apigenin,8)和异阿魏酸甲酯 (methylisoferulate,9)。化合物 5。
A systematic study on male inflorescence of \%Populus canadensis\% was carried out. 15 compounds were isolated and structure identified,including 8 flavonoids:pinostrobin(1), galangin 3 methoxy(2), pinocermbin(3), chrysin(4), quercetin 3,7 dimethoxy(5), rhamnetin(6),kaempferol 3 methoxy(7),apigenin(8), along with methyl isoferulate(9).Compound 5 and 9 were isolated from Populus L. for the first time.
