摘要 从桃儿七 (Podophyllun emodi Wall var. Chinese sparague)的根茎中分得 9个鬼臼树脂类化合物 ,对其中的 4′-去甲苦鬼臼毒酮 ,采用了 CD谱及 6 0 0兆核磁共振谱 ,运用 DIF- NOE技术确定了它的立体结构为 1β,2β,3β,4′去甲苦鬼臼毒酮 ,该化合物对 P388小鼠淋巴白血病的 ID5 0 为 7.5 8× 10 - 3mg/ Nine aryltetralin lignans were isolated from the rhizome of \%Podophyllun emodi\% Wall var. \%Chinese sparague\% among them, and the absolute configuration of 4′ demethylpicropodophyllone 1a was determined by using CD spectra and DIF NOE (600MHz), reference with the CD spectra of known compound: the ethyl ether of picropodophyllotoxin 2. The cytostatic activity of the podophyllotoxin derivatives was determined by their ability to inhibit the growth of P388 mouse leukaemia tumor cells in culture,and the results were presented
