摘要 目的强化口岸供船食品的安全监管,规范供船单位的经营行为,确保供船食品安全卫生。方法针对供船食品监管现状,将RFID技术引入其安全监管中,建立供船食品安全监管平台,记录供船食品采购、运输、储存全过程信息。结果 RFID技术满足供船食品安全监管的要求,可实现供船食品全过程的跟踪与追溯。结论 RFID技术引入到供船食品安全监管,可解决供船食品的监管难点,实现供船食品供应链的透明与追溯,创新了供船食品安全监管模式,具有很高的社会效益与经济效益。 Objective To strengthen the supervision of international vessels'food supply and to manage the company which supply food, thus to guarantee food quality and safety. Methods By studying the current situation of the food supply supervision, we apply the RFID technology to the supervision and build up a system of food supply se- curity for international vessels. It can record the whole process of the food's stocking, transportation and storing. Re- stilts The RFID technology meets the requirement of the food supply security supervision. It realizes the tracing of food source and transparent management. Conclusion The application of RFID technology can solve the difficulty of the food supply supervision, realize the tracing of food source and transparent management, innovate the supervi- sion mode of food supply for international vessels and make huge social and economic benefit.
