摘要
目的引入HACCP体系来完善航空食品监督机制,降低航空食品安全风险。方法应用HACCP体系确定航空食品关键控制点,加以监督控制,并找到相应预防措施。结果帮助配餐企业建立了合理有效的食品安全控制体系,完善了卫生监督工作的相关环节。结论在航空食品卫生监督工作中引入HACCP体系,可以有效提高航空配餐的安全性,提升航空食品卫生监督执法的工作效率。
Objective It is objective for us to explore the use of HACCP system to improve the existing regulatory mechanism and reduce the aviation food safety risks. Methods According to HACCP system, the critical control points are determined, supervised and controlled. The correspondingly preventive measures are found. Results Help enterprises to establish a reasonable and effective food quality control mechanism and optimize the health su- pervision. ConclusionThe safety of airline catering and the efficiency of health supervision and law enforcement are effectively improved by introducing the HACCP system to the health supervision of aviation food.
