The linear polyacrylamide was used to modify the inner surface of capillary column. Short chain linear polyacrylamide(SLPA) was prepared and under the conditions of 4% short chain linear polyacrylamide, 7 kV and 37 cm×75 μm coated capillary column, the 28 fragments of the mixture of PCR and pBR 322 DNA/Hae Ⅲ Markers were well separated by use of short chain linear polyacrylamide solution capillary electrophoresis with laser induced fluorescent detector, of which the excitation wave length and emission wave length were 488 nm and 513 nm, respectively.
