司法公信力的提升路径探究

司法公信力不高已成为目前制约我国司法工作科学发展最为突出的问题。提升司法公信力对实施依法治国方略,促进社会诚信建设具有重要意义。应当从树立"司法为民"的理念入手,进一步强化法律、体制和机制三个保障,要做到起点公正、司法公开、内外监督,增强裁判文书的说理性,确保法官独立审判,加快法官队伍职业化、专业化和精英化建设,重视和加强执行工作,进一步提升司法公信力。

The weakness in judicial credibility has become the top factor affecting the scientific development of our administration of justice; therefore, it＇ s of great importance to enhance judicial credibility, which helps to execute the principle of administering our country by law and to promote the social credit building up. In order to further enhance judicial credibility, we should establish ＂people- oriented justice ＂ principle, strengthen the three guarantees of ＂ law, system and mechanism＂, implement judicial transparency and internal and external supervision, improve the rationality of adjudicative documents, and ensure judges＇ independence, professionalism and expertise.
