摘要
采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、密度计、酸度计、表面张力测试仪以及应用试验等对聚乙烯用涂覆型流滴消雾剂的配方进行了系统的研究;对配方中各合成组分选择及对体系稳定性和成膜性的影响进行了较详细的探讨。研制出具有涂覆容易、无需水处理、方便、低温和高温稳定性好的涂覆型流滴消雾剂;实际应用表明:该涂覆型流滴消雾剂持效期长(最长近3年)、对棚膜使用寿命无影响、对棚内的作物无毒副作用、施工方便。
Composition of anti-fog and anti-dropping coating agent for shed polyethlene (PE) film wasstudied by using FT-IR, densimeter, acidimeter, surface tension apparatus and the formulation was determined by experiment of application. The effects of each component of anti-fog and anti-dropping coating agent on the stability and film-forming property were investigated. Results indicate that clunging and processing and stability under low or high temperature were improved. Effect of application shows that anti-fog and anti- dropping had no effect on the service life of greenhouse film; duration was about 3 years" Drocessin~ of coatingthe agent on surface of PE films was simple; the growing conditions for vegetable and fruit were improved.
