摘要
作为一种有效的对冷冻品进行灭菌处理的技术,辐照在冷冻水产品中得到了广泛的应用,同时也引起了很多消费者的误解和恐慌。为了探讨辐照水产品的安全性和合法性,本研究对国内外辐照相关标准和法规进行了对比分析,探讨了我国在辐照加工技术监控及消费者保障措施方面的不足,从标准与法规建设方面提出了将辐照技术应用于水产品安全控制方面的对策建议,对于促进辐照水产品市场规范化及充分发挥辐照技术在保障水产品安全方面的作用,具有积极的意义。
As an effective sterilization technology for frozen products, irradiation was used widely for frozen aquatic product, and aroused a lot of consumer panic and misunderstanding at the same time. In order to clarify the safety and legality of aquatic products irradiation, the irradiation - related standards and regulations at home and abroad were comparatively studied, and the deficiencies of monitoring in radiation processing technology and the lack of consumer protection measures were analyzed. Suggestionwith regards to developing standards and regulation was put forward to apply irradiation technology in aquatic food safety control, which would promote the standardization of irradiated seafood market and protect aquatic products safety.
