Toxicological character of sulfadimidine

以FAO/WHO食品添加剂专家联合委员会(JECFA)第34和42次会议对磺胺二甲嘧啶的风险评估报告为依据,分析了磺胺二甲嘧啶的毒性作用,并结合膳食暴露风险数据,探讨了其在水产品等动物源性食品中的最大残留限量,以期为我国水产品生产中磺胺药物使用的风险评估和监管工作提供参考。

Sulfadimidine is a sulfonamide used to treat a variety of bacterial diseases in humans and other species to promote growth in food - producing animals. CAC, EU, USA, Japan, China, and many other countries have released the MRLs of sulfonamides for their use in animal production. It had been previously reviewed at the thirty - fourth and the forty - second Meeting of the JECFA, the professional worldwide organization on evaluation of the safety of food additives. In the present paper, we analyzed and summarized the toxicological data of sulfadimidine derived from JEC- FA reoort, in order to orovide valuable information in acluaculture for risk assessment and control of sulfonamides.
