摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定水产品中乙酰甲喹含量的方法,用于监测水产品中乙酰甲喹的残留。样品采用二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯混合提取液提取,正己烷净化,高效液相色谱法定量分析。结果表明,在50~1000μg/L范围内,线性关系良好。方法定量限为20μg/kg,在添加浓度20~100μg/kg范围内,回收率都在70.0%以上,相对标准偏差在10%以下。本方法操作简便快捷,灵敏度高,重复性好,结果可靠,可满足实验室大量、快速分析的需求。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of Mequindox (MEQ) residues in aquatic products was developed. The samples were extracted by mixed solution of acetonitrile - ethyl acetate. Clean - up was carried out with n - hexane and the analyte was determined by HPLC. The linear relationship between the peak area and concentration was good in the range of 50 - 1 000μg/L. The limit of quantitation was 20 μg/kg. The mean recovery rate was over 70.0% within the range of 20 - 100 μg/kg, and the relative standard devia-tion rate was less than 10%. The method is simple, fast, sensitive, with good repeatability and reliable results, thus can meet the requirement of mass and fast analysis in the laboratory.
