分子标记技术及其在林木QTL定位研究中的应用

摘要 林木中的QTL定位研究发展的比较晚,分子标记技术的产生和发展极大地促进了林木QTL定位研究和林木分子育种的工作。文章概述了RFLP,RAPD,SSR,ISSR,AFLP以及SNP分子标记技术的原理、特点,并论述了近年来这几种分子标记技术在林木QTL定位研究中的应用。 The QTL positioning research of Forest developed lately, The emergence and development of molecular marker technology advance the QTL positioning research of Forest and the tree molecular breeding stay. On this paper , I summarize the theory,characteristic of RFLP, RAPD, SSR, ISSR, AFLP and SNP. The application of molecular marker technology to the QTL positioning research of Forest were discussed in the study.
