Learning the Practice of “Concentric” Thoughts Creating the New Brilliance of Multi-party Cooperation Business

胡锦涛同志提出的"同心"思想深刻揭示了多党合作的本质内核,高度凝练了多党合作的基本方针,集中体现了多党合作的政治优势,明确提出了多党合作的目标方向。参政党学习践行"同心"思想,要深刻理解同心同德是政治立场,同心同向是政治方向,同心同行是政治责任,以及三者之间的科学关系和逻辑内涵;要深刻理解"同心"思想是多党合作思想的继承和发展,是多党合作在新形势下实现新发展的需要,是多党合作作用发挥的重要保障。在全面推进中国特色社会主义事业的新征程中,各民主党派要深刻领会、务实践行"同心"思想,进一步强化政治共识,坚定不移地推进民主政治建设;进一步履行参政党职能,推动经济社会科学发展;进一步加强参政党自身建设,努力构建和谐政党关系;进一步搞好政治交接,推动多党合作事业世代薪火相传。

Comrade hu jintao puts forward ＂concentric＂ thought which deeply reveals the essence of multi-party cooperation kernel, highly concises for the basic principles of multi-party cooperation, embodies political advantage of multi-party cooperation, and puts forward the goal direction of multi-party cooperation clearly . Participating parties＇ learning the practice of ＂concentric＂ thought should have a deep understanding that one heart and one mind is the political stand; concentric cocurrent is political direction; concentric counterpart is political responsibility, and scientific relations and logical connotation between the three aspects; we should also deeply understand ＂concentric＂ thought is the inheritance and development of multi-party cooperation thought ,is the need to realize the new development of the multi-party cooperation under the new situation, and the important guarantee to realize the multi-party cooperation function. In the new journey of comprehensively promoting the socialism with Chinese characteristics , the democratic parties should understand and practice the ＂concentric＂ thought, further strengthen political consensus, unswervingly promote democratic political construction; further perform functions of them, and promote economic and social science development; further strengthen the construction of participating parties itself, and construct the haruaonious party relation; further improve the political transition, and promote the multi-party cooperation cause from our next generation to generation.
