为了积极践行"大水文"观发展理念,适应水利和经济社会的发展,本文就十堰水文水资源勘测队所属测站特性、测验手段及巡(驻)测技术方案进行分析,以进一步发挥水文巡测的优势和效益,达到精兵高效的目的。

In order to practice the development concept of Big Hydrology and to adopt the development of water conservancy and social economy,an analysis has been made on the feature,test means and survey technical scheme of Shiyan hydrology and water resources survey team subordinate station so as to make full use of the advantages and benefits of hydrology tour gauging and to achieve the purpose of high efficiency.
