摘要
低龄健康老人隐性就业在现代社会越来越普遍,他们大有丰富的工作经验,而且绝大多数都有发挥余热的愿望。对于这些老年人来说,最理想的选择当然是重新返回工作岗位,但是困难重重,很多老年人选择了隐性就业的方式。这是有目的的为自身的生存、发展而进行理性选择的结果。低龄健康老年人选择隐性就业不仅可以增加收入而且通过就业可以增强参与感。当然隐性就业的存在会带来许多弊端,要改变这一情况,必须要靠完善的社会保障制度和劳动力市场。
Low-age healthy old people's recessive employment is more and more popular Young healthy elderly recessive employment in modern society.They have rich working experience and mostly want reemployment.For the elderly people,the best choice is to return to work,but there are so many difficulties,so many elderly people choose recessive employment.This is for their own survival,development and are the result of rational choice.Low-age healthy old people's choice of recessive employment can increase income but also enhance the sense of participation.Recessive employment,however,will bring many disadvantages.In order to change this situation,it is necessary to improve social security system and labor market.
