摘要
阐述高速轧机基于Ethernet的在线监测与故障诊断的基本机制并加以实例验证效果.实例选定吐丝机主传动系统,运用gSE峰值能量法对其大轴承常见故障进行监测诊断,掌握了该设备的性能及其故障周期,将传统的事后维修变为预防维修,从而实现设备寿命周期费用最佳.
The mechanism of on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis based on Ethernet for a high speed rolling mill is delin- eated, and case study for the main transmission system of a spinning machine presented in the article. The gSE peak energy criterion is employed to monitor and diagnose the common faults of the big bearing of the spinning machine. The perform- ance and faulting period of the transmission system are then determined, thus making the conventional “post-fauhing” re- pair to a predicted one, and hence cutting down the maintenance cost for the equipment.
