复方利多卡因乳膏在血液透析病人内瘘穿刺中的镇痛效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察复方利多卡因乳膏在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘血管穿刺中的镇痛效果。方法:随机选取18例以血管内瘘为通路的血液透析患者,采用自身对照的方法,对局部涂抹方法利多卡因乳膏后进行内瘘穿刺和未涂抹方法利多卡因乳膏进行内瘘穿刺,对两种方式进行疼痛数字评分,并进行比较。结果:使用复方利多卡因乳膏后,患者穿刺时疼痛评分明显减低,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:复方利多卡因乳膏可明显降低血液透析患者血管穿刺时的疼痛。 Objective: To observe the analgesia effectiveness of compound lidocaine cream (CLC) in hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula of vascular puncturing, nethods:18 cases of blood vessel internal fistula in hemodialysis patients were selected to the study. Using self - control methods, Local applied CLC before fistula puncture in treatment group, and failure to apply CLC before fistula fistula in control group, compare the pain degree of two methods with nu- merical rating scale (NRS). Results:the pain degree in treatment group was less than the control group (7.0±1.30 vs 2. 2±0. 76 P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions:Compound lidocaine cream could alleviate the pain during puneturing arteriovenous fistula from hemodialys significantly.
