摘要
目的 :探讨多发性脑梗塞 (MCI)大鼠纹旁区一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的变化及神经生长因子 (NGF)和精制蝮蛇抗栓酶 3号 (Svate- 3)联合应用对 MCI大鼠纹旁区的作用。方法 :选用 Wistar大鼠 ,应用微栓子栓塞阻断法建立多发性脑梗塞性缺血模型 ,用 NADPH- d组化方法、透射电镜技术并结合显微图像分析技术。结果 :实验组 NOS阳性反应物平均灰度值与实验对照组比较明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :NGF和 Svate- 3联合应用可使 MCI大鼠纹旁区 NOS阳性反应物明显增多 ,对
Objective:Our purpose was to explore the effects of combined application of nerve growth factor (NGF) and Svate 3 on parastriate area neurons in rats with multiple cerebral infarction(MCI) through the changes of nitric oxide synthase (NOS). Methods: We used NADPH d histochemistry, transmission electron microscopy, and quantitative method of micro image analysis system. Results: The average grey value of NOS positive reactive product in experimental group is lower than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: NGF and Svate 3 have effects on the recovery of parastriate area neurons in MCI rats. The results might provide the theoretical basis for further research and treatment of MCI in clinic.
