摘要
目的 :探讨面神经麻痹面肌运动点的兴奋性与运动终板次级突触间隙的关系。方法 :制作面神经麻痹模型 ,应用盐酸消化法制作口轮匝肌扫描电镜标本进行观察。结果 :压榨 10 s组次级突触间隙隙沟数量比对照侧减少而变浅。压榨 30 s组次级突触间隙隙沟明显减少和平坦。结论 :运动点失神经支配程度表明次级突触间隙病变程度 。
Objective: Our purpose was to study the relationship between the excitability of facial muscular motor point and the secondary synaptic space of motor terminal plate in facial paralysis. Methods: Models of facial paralysis were made and the specimens of musculus orbicularis oris made by hydrochloride digestive method were observed via scanning electron microscope. Results: The number of secondary synaptic space grooves in the group in which the facial nerve had been compressed for 10 s was less than that of the control side. The grooves of secondary synaptic space in the group in which the facial nerve had been expressed for 30 s obviously decreased in number, and became shallower. Conclusion: The degree of denervation of motor point suggests the degree of affection of secondary synaptic space and the degree of facial nerve injury.
