急性白血病患者化疗后生活质量研究

Quality of Life in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Receiving Chemotherapy

目的 :评价急性白血病患者接受化疗后的生活质量。方法 :采用欧洲肿瘤研治组织制定的肿瘤患者的QL Q- C30生活质量表 ,对 40名急性白血病患者化疗后的生活质量进行了对照与自身比较研究。结果 :急性白血病患者接受化疗后的生活质量在躯体、心理、社会、工作和家庭生活等诸方面均明显差于对照者 (P <0 .0 1) ;化疗后2～ 3周患者的生活质量最低 ;化疗后缓解期患者的生活质量明显高于化疗结束后 1周、2～ 3周 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :该量表可以很好地评价急性白血病患者的生活质量。

Objective: To evaluate quality of life of 40 patients with acute leukemia after receiving chemotherapy treatments. Methods: With QLQ C30,quality of life table made by european organization for research and treatment of cancer (EORTC), we made a control and autocontrol rescarch. Results: After chemotherapy, quality of life of the patiemts with acute leukemia is worse than the control group distinctively in physical, emotional, social, work, household and other life fields (P<0.01); The quality of life is the worst after chemotherapy 2nd-3rd ; Quality of life in remission period rose more obviously than those in 1st week, 2nd-3rd after chemotherapy (P<0.01); Conclusion: The table can be used as a good index well for evaluating the quality of life of patients with acute leukemia. Chemotherapy is one of the most important facts that affects quality of life with acute leukemia.
