摘要
介绍一种由SIMATIC S7-300 PLC及相应I/O模块、通讯模块、现场温度压力传感器、各种电控阀门等硬件组成的热处理炉控制系统的系统组成、原理及实现方式。通过引入Fuzzy control、PID等数学模型的工程算法,稳定实现热处理炉生产过程中的各种控制要求,尤其能使炉温按照设计的温控曲线精确变化,达到节能降耗和精确控温的目的。
This paper presents the composition, concept and realization of a heat treatment furnace that consists of SIMATIC S7-300 PLC, I/O modules, communication modules, field temperature and pressure transducers, and various electrical valves. The operational comnmnds for mathematical models , such as PID, fuzzy control, are used to meet the control requirement din:log the operation of heat treatment finances, especially the furnace temperature can change precisely according to the designed temperature eontrnl curves, which can save energies and perform accurate temperature, control.
