小鼠模型在不同亚型流感病毒致病性及跨种传播研究中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 A型流感病毒是目前传播最广泛的人畜共患病病原之一,到目前为止全球至少暴发了5次人流感大流行,尤其是1997年以来多起H5N1亚型高致病性禽流感病毒跨越种间屏障由禽直接感染并致死人的事件造成了极大恐慌。流感病毒致病性和跨种传播的分子机制研究是有效预防和控制流感的基础,而BALB/c小鼠模型的应用极大地促进了这些研究进程,作者就BALB/c小鼠作为试验动物模型在流感病毒致病性及跨种传播研究中的应用作一综述。 Influenza A virus(IAV) was one of the most widespread zoonotic pathogen,and so far at least five pieces of global pandemics of human influenza had outbroken.In particular,since 1997 many events which highly pathogenic H5N1 avian IAV across the species barrier to infect people even to death had posed great threat to human.Research about the molecular mechanism of cross-species infection and pathogenicity of IAV were the fundamental for prevention and control of the diseases,and the application of mouse as an animal model for research on IAV would promote the research process.In this paper,we overviewed the application of BALB/c mouse as an animal model in the studies on pathogenicity and trans-species transmission of IAV.
