摘要
利用大鼠胚胎肢芽细胞进行原代培养 ,培养物经不同强度的稳恒磁场作用 ,研究稳恒磁场对增殖和分化的影响 ,并利用图象分析细胞形态的变化。结果显示强度大于 40mT的稳恒磁场能明显抑制肢芽细胞增殖和分化 ,集落形成率明显减少 ,并显示剂量效应关系。拟合细胞分化和增殖抑制曲线 ,计算得大鼠胚胎肢芽细胞半数分化抑制强度 (ICD5 0 )为 5 2mT ,半数存活抑制强度 (ICV5 0 )为 40mT。表明抑制细胞分化。
The effect of static magnetic field on differentiation and proliferation of rat embryo limb hud cell was investigated with micromass culture in Vitro (the intensity was 10mT、 20mT、30mT、40mT、50mT、60mT) . Embryo limb bud cell of rat(14 day) was subjected to culture for 5 days.The results showed that static magnetic fteld could inhibit differentiation of the cell without affecting cells proliferation. The Concentration of 50% inhibition of cell differentiation (ICD50) was 52mT. The concentration of 50% inhibitions of cell proliferation (ICV50)was 40mT. It is possible that the static magnetic field resulted in abnormality of the cell in exogenesis.
