通过整理文献发现,古人认为小儿体质"纯阳"之说应当理解为小儿生长发育迅速,而非体质偏热;"稚阴稚阳"说从阴阳的角度概括了小儿体质敏感且变化多端的特点;"五脏有余不足"说则从临床应用入手总结了小儿五脏的脏气特征。因此,结合临床实践,合理诠释和发展古典文献,才能正确把握小儿体质现象,为疾病防治提供可靠的依据。

Organizing the literature found that the ancients of pediatric anced. The ＂pure yang＂ theory should be understood as a rapid growth physical plhenomena observed nu- and development of the children, rather than the physical side of the heat. The pediatric constitution sensitive and changing characteristics are summarized to ＂prematured Yin and Yang＂ theory from the perspective of Yin and Yang. ＂Five viscera ex- cess or deficiency＂ theory summarizes the characteristics of children＇s Zang-organ Qi from clinical applica- tion. Therefore,a reasonable interpretation and development of classical literature should be aceordded to clinical practice,in order to correctly grasp pediatric constitution,and to provide a reliable basis for the pre- vention and treatment of disease.
