优质护理在骨科病房术后疼痛中的应用

Application of high quality care for postoperative pain in orthopeadie wards

目的：探讨优质护理在减轻骨科患者术后疼痛中实施方法和临床效果。方法：将本院骨科病房的80例患者患者随机分成两组，观察组和对照组各40例。分别给予不同的护理方法，观察组给予优质护理方法，对照组采用一般护理方式进行扩理。用视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）标准评价术后3天两组的疼痛感情况，并根据满意度来评价观察组和对照组的护理差别。结果：观察组疼痛人数为14例，对照组为25例，P〈0．05；观察组满意率为95％，对照组满意为80％，P〈0．05。结论：对骨科患者进行术后疼痛优质护理能有效降低患者的疼痛感，且患者满意率高，建议临床推广。

Objeetive：To investigate the application and effect of high quality care to alleviate pain after orthopeadie surgery. Methods：80 patients in our orthopeadic ward was randomized into two groups, 40 eases for observational group and 40 cases for controlled group. The observational group accepted the high quality care and the controlled group accepted common care. The degree of pain was evaluated through Visual Analog Scores （VAS） and the difference of care was evaluated through the degree of satisfaction. Resslt：14 patients were with pain in the observation group and 25 in the controlled group（p〈0.05）. The degree of satisfaction was 95% in the observation group and 80% in the controlled group（p〈0.05）. Conclusion：The high quality care for patients after orthopeadlc surgery could alleviate the postoperative pain and improve the degree of satisfaction and should be recommended widely.
