康复干预在女性产后盆底功能障碍中的临床应用分析

The clinical application of rehabilitation interventions in women postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction

目的：探讨康复干预在治疗女性产后盆底功能障碍中的临床应用效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2009-2011年间收治的92例产后盆底功能障碍患者的临床资料，对所有患者均采取综合康复干预治疗，干预后对患者进行6个月的随访，观察患者康复干预前后盆底肌功能情况及临床疗效。结果：康复干预后患者的盆底肌功能较干预前有显著改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），康复干预后忠者的治疗总有效率为95．7％。结论；采用康复干预治疗产后盆底功能障碍患者临床疗效确切，能够显著改善患者的盆底肌功能，提高生活质量，值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective：To explore the clinical application of rehabilitation intervention in the treatment ot women with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease. Methods：A retrospective analysis of clinical data about 92 cases with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 was operated, all the patients were taken comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, patients were followed up for 6 months after in- tervention, observed postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction function and clinical curative effect of patients before and after rehabilitation intervention. Result：After rehabilitation intervention the postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction function of patients improved significantly than those before interven- tion, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, total rehabilitation intervention effective rate in patients was 95.7%. Conclusion： Taking rehabilitation interventions in the treatment of patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease has good clinical curative effect, it can improve the postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction function of patients, and improve the quality of life, so it is worthy of further clinical using.
