两种不同通气方法在紧急心肺复苏中的效果比较

Therapeutic effect of two ventilation methods for early cardiopulmonary resuscitation

目的：研究疗效更好的紧急救治患者心肺复苏的通气方式。方法：对我院在2011年1月至2011年12月，一年间收治的80例心跳骤停患者进行治疗，将这80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组患者40例，对照组患者40例。治疗组患者采用面罩通气法治疗，对照组患者采用常规气管插管法治疗，治疗后比较两组的治疗结果。结果：身体康复率和生存率明显高于对照组。结论：在对院外心跳呼吸骤停患者紧急治疗中，熟练掌握面罩通气治疗法能在很大程度上提高患者的生存率。

Objective：To study the ideal emergency eardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with ventilatory modes. Methods：To ray courtyard in 2011 January to 2011 December treated 80 cases of cardiac arrest patients under treatment, the 80 patients were randomly divided into a number of cases of the treatment group and the control group with the same. Patients in the treatment group using face mask ventilation in the treatment, control group was treated with routine endotracheal intubation treatment, after treatment compared with two group of treatment results. Result：The treatment group, which used the mask ventilation in the treatment of patients with physical rehabilitation and survival rates were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion：In the pre--hospital emergency treatment of patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest; timely open airway mastering mask ventilation therapy method can largely improve the survival rate of patients.
