快速康复外科在混合痔中的临床应甩研究

The Clinical Study of Fast-- track Surgery in mixed hemorrhoids

目的：了解快速康复外科是否能加速混合痔手术患者的康复。方法：将要求行肛门手术的患者200例按入院先后顺序随机分为2组，实验组采用快速康复外科的新围手术期处理100例；对照组采取传统的围手术期处理100例。结果：实验组手术耐受性好、术后便秘及尿潴留的发生率低，切口愈合时间缩短。术后疼痛疼痛程度轻。结论：实验组采用快速康复外科概念的新围手术期处理具有比传统围手术期处理更好的优势．

Objective： To know about if the fast--track surgery can enhance the rehabilitation of anal operation. Methods： All required operation circular mixed hemorrhoids patients 200case was randomly classified two groups, the test group 100 cases adopt the fast--track surgery ,the control group 100 cases adopt the classic perioperative management. Result： The test group have good operative reliance ,less postoperative constipation and urinary retention ,shorten curial time , decrease pain degree. Conclusion：The test group adopted fast--track surgery can decrease postoperative accidence and lessen the operative truma, progress operative reliance, fast--track surgery has more advantage than classical perioperative management.
