目的：探讨手术安全棱对单在手术患者中的实践效果。方法：统计分析我院2011年7月-2012年7月4380例手术患者应用手术安全核对单中发现的护理安全隐患、缺陷及处理情况。结果，通过杖对厦时发现41例护理缺陷，并及时给予处理，有效避免了差错事故的发生。结论：在手术患者中应用手术安全校对单，可提高手术团队的安全意识，减少术后并发症，确保手术患者的安全。

Objective：To Investigate the practical effect of the surgical safety checklists in surgical patients. Methods.. To analysis the hidden dan- ger for nursing safety,defects and disposal situation, which 4380 surgical patients in our hospital from July 2011 - July 2012 applied the surgical safety checklists. Result：Found 41 defects for nursing by checking timely , and give timely treatment, effectively avoid the mistake and accident. Conclusion： Applying the surgical safety checklists in surgical patients, it can improve the safety awareness of surgical team and reduce postoperative complications, ensure the safety of the surgical patients.
