摘要
通过分析酸性染料及织物织造结构对固色效果的影响,探讨锦纶固色剂TF-5061的优化工艺和固色效果。结果表明,锦纶织物的固色效果和色牢度在很大程度上受织物织造结构的影响。锦纶固色剂TF-5061固色色变小,能够显著改善各类锦纶织物的色牢度,可提高耐洗、耐海水、耐氯漂色牢度1～1.5级,提高碱汗渍、水渍色牢度1～2级,且与不同离子型的酸性匀染剂配伍性好,可以有效避免固色斑的产生。优化的固色工艺为:固色温度75℃,固色时间20～30 min,焙烘温度150℃。
The influences of acid dyes and fabric texture on the fixation effects of nylon fabric are investigated. The fixation effect with fixing agent TF-5051 for nylon are discussed, as well as the optimum fixation process. The results show that fabric texture has great influence on the fixation effect and color fastness of the nylon dyeings. TF-5061 can improve the color fast- ness of various nylon fabrics with the fastness to washing, chlorine bleaching, sea water by 1-1. 5 levels and to basic perspira- tion and water spotting by 1-2 levels. The fixing agent has good compatibility with ionic acid levelling agents and can effective- ly prevent color specks formation. The optimum process is fixing at 75 ℃ for 20 -30 min and curing at 150 ℃.
