摘要
采用特殊皂类素一剂煮漂剂LH-1对纯棉机织物进行前处理加工,测试不同工艺条件下织物白度、毛效、失重率、强力等技术指标,并与传统工艺进行比较分析。结果显示,使用一剂煮漂剂LH-1可达到传统工艺的前处理效果,且通过测试废水COD说明一剂煮漂剂LH-1具有一定的环保性。
Cotton woven fabric is processed with one-bath scouring and bleaching agent LH-1, and the whiteness, capillary effect, the weight loss, strength and other qualities of cotton fabric are determined and compared with those of the traditional process. The results show that cotton fabric with scouring and bleaching agent LH-1 can reach the similiar effects of traditional pre-treatment, it is an environmental friendly agent because of low COD value of waste water.
