摘要
采用理论计算和计算机仿真相结合的方法设计了一种高效率、宽频段和圆波导馈电的太赫兹频段波纹喇叭天线。分别比较了天线长度中每个波长分别具有3,4,5个波纹周期时的驻波系数,增益和频率的对应关系和天线在E面和H面的辐射方向图。仿真结果表明该天线具有低旁瓣、轴对称、交叉极化小的性能。天线的驻波系数小于1.3,最大增益为23dB,均达到设计指标要求。
By the means of the method of the theoretical calculation and computer simulation,THZ frequency band corrugated horn antenna of a kind of high efficiency,broad segment and the circular waveguide feed was designed.In the antenna length,corresponding relation of standing wave coefficient,gain and frequency that each wavelength had 3、4、5 corrugated cycle and the radiation pattern of antenna in E and H surface were compared respectively.The simulation results showed that the antenna had the following performance such as low side lobe,rotational symmetry,small cross polarization.VSWR coefficient was less than 1.3,the biggest gain was23 db,it achieved the design parameters.
